Wasn’t at all doing problem-solving, or trying to shift from adjectives to nouns (everything i suggested can be used as an adjective – English is marvelously flexible that way, yes?).

Are you worried that a soldier or a geek or a lesbian going to think they’re not included, unless more words are added?

So when someone sent me a message saying “how about loving gay people unconditionally! My 2 cents worth!” I realized that she felt a lack there. I often forget that folks have created a sort of association between following God and hating queer people.

I thought of a doodle I’d made about us all being in this together, and imagined that it might be a good way to let people know they aren’t some sort of exception.

Then an atheist told me that he wasn’t included, and I remembered that while my original had contained “atheist”, I’d forgotten to add it to this version. So I revised the thing.

But when I look at your list I’m not seeing it as solving a problem. Do you think more terms are needed? Do nouns seem stronger than the adjectives I used?

I guess what I’m asking is whether you think there are people who not be able to find themselves in the list as it is?
